During the 4 day official visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the USA, Barack Obama reiterated their earlier stance that they will not supply arms to Nigeria to enable them fight Boko Haram. President Obama attributed the decision to alleged genocide committed by Nigerian soldiers.

Femi Fani Kayode took to twitter to question America on why they denied Nigeria arms citing example of the country supplying arms to terrorist group Al Nusra Front in Syria 2-years ago.
