This is a disgrace to this man that parades
himself as a traffic warden. It was 12:00pm and he was so drunk that
he fell inside that dirty gutter. This happened along old Ife road in
Ibadan.
He was attached to
Onipepeye Junction. I hope he regains himself quickly and falls back to his duty post.
