The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara alongside governors
of Plateau and Ebonyi states as well as other top personalities who are on pilgrimage to Israel, visited some historic
religious sites in Jerusalem.
He was able to visit the
Wailing wall, the dungeon where Christ was held before crucifixion, King
David's tomb, Mount of Olive. He also had a meeting with the Israeli Parliament Speaker, Yuli-yol
Eldestein.
