Mrs Buhari alongside Turkish First Lady Mrs Erdogan visit Orphanage in Abuja
Nigeria's First Lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari says Nigeria and Turkey share so much in
common for the development of the social and economic sectors of both
countries .
She made this known yesterday while hosting the visiting wife of the
Turkish president Mrs Emine Erdogan at the presidential villa .
She
noted that the areas of intervention for the internally displaced
persons in parts of the country was akin to what her counterpart was
doing for some refugees that where instead classified in turkey as
"guests" numbering over three million people .
"my passion for the plight of mothers ,children and the adolescent prompted the establishment of my program FUTURE ASSURED "Mrs Buhari .
The
wife of the president expressed happiness with the commonality of
thought,attention and desire to impact on women and children between
herself and the first lady of Turkey .
She said the series of intervention projects and initiatives designed for some categories of Nigerians were her modest response to the current challenges affecting women and children in the country.

Mrs
Aisha Muhammadu Buhari who commended the intervention of relevant
stakeholders acknowledged the support of Turkey for embarking on
renovation work and donation of some items to selected schools and
internally displaced persons camps in the country.
In her
remark ,the wife of Turksh President Mrs Emine Erdogan expressed
happiness with the reception accorded her and sharing of ideas and
thoughts on programs and initiatives that were designed for the people
of the two countries .
The
session of the Wife of the President with the visiting first lady went
into a question and answer opportunity to identify areas of common
interest and benefit to the people of the two countries .
The
Wife of the President led the visiting first lady and wives of some
state Governors to a visit to an orphanage in Nurul Bayan International
Academy in wuse Abuja.
