Senate confirms Prof Mahmud Yakubu as INEC Boss, Four Other Commissioners
The senate has confirmed the nomination of Professor Mahmud Yakubu as
INEC Chairman and four INEC Commissioners namely Antonla Taiye Okoosi
Simbine for North-central, Alhaji Baba Shettima Arfo for North-east,
Mohammed Mustafa Lecky for South-south, Amina Zakari for North East and
Soyebi Adedeji Solomon for South-west. They were all screened today Thursday,
October 29, 2015.
