See The Ugly Side of Nick & Iggy Breakup

Iggy Azalea drives a hard bargain, interestingly, she's now driving a 1962 Impala that Nick Young has given her as a parting gift.

The duo struck a deal. The guy got back the engagement ring (as shown above) and the girl retrieves the car she had given him for Xmas.

Did you know that the ring is 10.43 carats, and reportedly valued at half a million?
As for the whip ... a '62 Impala is a classic ... a cherry one can go for as much as $100k.

It sounds like Nick made off like a bandit, but here's the twist. In California, and most states in the U.S, an engagement ring is a gift in contemplation of marriage and if the two never tied the knot, the ring by law goes back to him.

As for the Impala, it was not tied to the marriage -- it was a Christmas gift -- so he did not have to give it back.

University Lecturer Proposes To Student Before Observers

A Chinese university lecturer amazed a crowd of witnesses when she put on a white wedding dress and proposed to one of her students. Interesting!

The male student in question is 10 years younger than the lecturer and the proposal was done outside the boys’ dormitory of the Hunan University of Arts and Science.

The scene drew large crowd as the student was asked to become the husband of the university staff member.

The teacher, surnamed Hu, is said to have been in a relationship with the unnamed student, in his fourth year at university, for a number of months, after the two met in a class.

The boy, dressed in a yellow top, appeared overjoyed at the gesture, and said ‘yes’ as his peers applauded the happy scene.

According to those close to the pair, Hu is not a permanent member of staff at the university in Changde, a city in Central China’s Hunan Province, and is instead a guidance counsellor who gives regular talks.

She is said to be divorced and 10 years older than her new fiancé, who graduates in a few weeks’ time.

Sun was quoted as saying he does not think it is a problem that Hu is 10 years his senior.

He said the most important thing right now is to graduate, find a stable job, and also explain his decision to his parents back in his home town of Shandong Province, in East China.

Serena Williams got really sore from dancing during Lemonade Shoot

Beyoncé's Lemonade is full of iconic moments. It's just so perfect! As it turns out, no one, not even tennis genius Serena Williams, gets a reprieve from Beyoncé's intense perfectionism.

In a new interview with WSJ Magazine, Serena says she danced so hard during the Lemonade shoot that her body actually ached later. "I got really sore from dancing!" Serena, who has won 21 Grand Slam singles titles and four gold medals, said. This just proves what everyone already knew: Working for Beyoncé is basically as challenging as competing in the Olympics.

Serena also noted that she had no problem keeping her involvement in Beyoncé's top-secret project a secret, because "If you tell me, 'Don't say anything,' I won't say anything." She didn't even tell her friend and fellow tennis pro Caroline Wozniacki, who said she didn't know about Serena's cameo until she saw Lemonade with everybody else.
