Jamaican Artiste Undergoes Surgery To Get Real Goat Horns Implanted On His Head

Jamaican Artiste Undergoes Surgery To Get Real Goat Horns Implanted On His Head

You all know that signature look is important in showbiz but emerging singjay Furtyle Brain has pushed the envelope, the artiste had two horns implanted on his head. Furtyle, real name, Kenardo AndrĂ© Robinson, said: “It’s really the process where the implants are implanted in the skull. I was sedated during the surgery but had to be given lots of painkillers when I revived because it is very painful.

I do believe that I got some form of prophetic instruction by God. I didn’t do this alone. There are some who think that I am demonic, but it doesn’t bother me much as I am not the first artiste who is picked on.There are others who have done far less than I have done and have received a backlashing and bashing.”….. rumors now have it that he may turn out to be the biblical Nebucchadnezzer of our time, as he is now few processes away from turning into a herbivore!

A candidate in the forthcoming elections vying for a position in the House of Representatives has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

According to Nigerian Pilot, the House of Representatives candidate on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Oluwametomi Adetokunbo Adisa, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly obtaining the sum of N142,029,000 from a businessman, identified as Alhaji Isa Bello, under false pretences.

It was gathered that the 37-year-old politician allegedly obtained building materials worth the amount from the plaintiff, in the guise of servicing a supply contract she had with a construction company.
It was learnt that the materials include: 9, 900 bags of cement, 381 tons of imported iron rods and 468 tons of local iron rods.

The plaintiff told the anti-graft agency that Adisa, however, paid an initial deposit of N40,000,000 and issued two post-dated cheques that amounted to N102,029,000, but were later returned unpaid.
Bello further revealed to the anti-graft watchdog that all efforts to make Adisa pay up the balance proved abortive.

The House candidate is expected to be charged to court soon.
The EFCC, which was set up to hunt down corrupt public officials and politicians, seems to have been clouded with sentiments of late. The anti-graft agency is believed to have been compromised and used as a tool by the incumbent to clamp down on politicians, especially members of the opposition parties.

President Goodluck Jonathan recently ordered the EFCC to secretly examine the personal and official finances of the leaders of the main opposition party All Progressives Congress (APC), after the presidential candidate of the APC, Gen Muhammadu Buhari recently said that the EFCC is corrupt and finds itself under President Jonathan’s rule.

Drake sleeps with one of my girlfriends - Lil Wayne

Looks like Lil Wayne is planning to pen a tell-all about his love life. TMZ got their hands on excerpts from the book where he writes about the time Drake came to see him while he was locked up in prison on gun charges and told him he was sleeping with one of his girlfriends. Read below...
"Lil Wayne was ready to physically attack Drake for screwing his girlfriend ... and Wayne says this himself in a book proposal he's shopping. TMZ has obtained a portion of the proposal Wayne has sent to various publishing houses, and his story is crazy. Wayne claims while he was serving time at Rikers Island for gun possession, Drake visited him and glibly confessed, saying, "Yeah, it's true. Don't f*** with her like that cause I did f*** her." Wayne writes, "This is the type of s*** that a man never wants to find out when he's locked up.
Or, maybe so, cause only God knows what I would have done if I wasn't locked up right now." Wayne admits in the proposal he and his GF argued a lot, and that may be why Drake said, "Don't f*** with her like that." As for the timeline, Wayne says the woman told him she had sex with Drake the day before they met.
Wayne goes on, "I woke up feeling f***** up about the f***** up day that I had ... finding out that she f***** Drake was the absolute worst thing I could've ever found out." And he says, "As a man, honestly, that s*** hurt ... and not because it was Drake, it could have been any man. It would've hurt the same." Wayne then goes on and says he was so depressed he didn't come out of his cell for days.
We're told there's intense interest among publishers. We'll definitely read it

Why I am not visible in Buhari's campaign - Atiku Abubakar

Former Vice President and Chieftain of the APC, Atiku Abubakar says he's rarely present at APC campaign rallies because the party's campaign secretariat don't consult or invite him. Atiku said this in an interview with BBC Hausa earlier today.
"I campaigned for late Shehu Yar’Adua twice successfully. We did that of Abiola, Obasanjo and for myself. I am not a light weight politician, whoever needs my presence should contact and extend invitation to me. They need to check the strategy they are adopting and I made that clear to the campaign DG, Rotimi Amaechi and I told him that if you don’t consult or invite me, you will not see me" he said

Fr Mbaka still insists GEJ is after his life. Read his statement

Fr Mbaka still insists GEJ is after his life. Read his statement

The controversial Enugu-based Reverend father, Fr Mbaka still insists that the president Jonathan and his wife want him dead. He's now accusing Enugu police of not taking the threat seriously and claiming that some men packed in a Hilux bus came to look for him recently at his Parish but didn't find him. Below is a statement he released via his Media Officer, Ike Maximus Ugwuoke..
"It is with a deep sense of concern that we are constrained to make this statement on the continued threat to the life of Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka over his 2015 New Year message titled “From Good Luck to Bad Luck. The Enugu State Police Command has refuted claims by Fr. Mbaka that his life is in danger. It dismissed Fr. Mbaka’s outcry over threat to his life as baseless.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Ebere Amarizu , DSP, was quoted as saying, “We do not have any report by Fr. Mbaka over threat to his life. We have not received any complaint from him”.
On the backdrop of the above, one begins to wonder whether the alarm raised by Fr. Mbaka on an alleged plot to kill him was a mere rhetoric as the police had made it to appear merely because there has not been an official report to the police over it.

Absence of a formal report on threat to one’s life doesn’t negate the reality of such threat more so when the victim had made a public outcry on this issue.

To argue otherwise is akin to denying the fact of death in the face of a man’s corpse merely because there is no certificate certifying his death…
Yesterday (Wednesday) strange hoodlums in a black Hilux besieged his parish compound but they left disappointed when they could not see him.

"Wherever and whoever this threat is coming from, we state that there are strong and compelling circumstances pointing towards the fact that Fr. Mbaka’s latest attacks were stemming from his said 2015 New Year message, which was not favourable to the President Goodluck Jonathan-led administration.”

Michelle Obama has had an awkward start to her visit to Japan as she was pictured towering over Emperor Akihito and stumbling as she tried to bow, shake his hand and curtsey at once.

The First Lady, dressed in a florid combination of a blazer and skirt, dwarfed the Emperor in her silver stilettos, while he maintained his composure and smiled politely. She then squatted slightly while shaking his hand, seemingly trying to disguise the difference of height between them. Mrs Obama, who is 5ft 9in tall, also caused embarrassment earlier in the day when she grabbed, Akie Abe, wife of Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, in a hug-and-handshake combination while the Japanese First Lady was trying to bow

Excessive physical contact is frowned upon in Japan, and strict traditions govern the practice of bowing. Despite intensive etiquette coaching, successive U.S. officials have famously got it wrong.

I’m not desperate for power--- GEJ

I’m not desperate for power--- GEJ

•Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan on Friday maintained that he was not desperate to serve. He made the remark while speaking during launching of a book, ‘The People’s Choice’, in the Banquet Hall of the State House, Abuja.

The book, which is in four parts and written by Rev. Fr. Charles Imokhan, is a story of President Jonathan.
Over N170 million was realized from the book launch.
According to President Jonathan, he is not ruffled towards the forthcoming elections as he is only willing and ready to serve the country but not desperate to serve.

He also charged Nigerian politicians to desist from desperation in their quest for power.
He said: “Sometimes people ask me Mr. President from what we read and what we see, we see you still smiling and unruffled. Yes, nothing will really ruffle me because I’m willing and ready to serve but I’m not desperate to serve.

“And that is what keeps me going and if all of us who want to hold offices from the least, a counselor of a ward or a chairman of a council, a member of the state house of assembly or member of House of Representatives, Senate, or the President, if all of us are always ready and willing to serve our people but we are not desperate in that our mission then of course Nigeria will be a better place for all of us,” he said

President Jonathan also expressed gratitude to the Author of the book, Rev. Fr. Imohkai for the great details of his account in the book, which he said is more than earlier publications on him.
He reiterated his commitment to the empowering of the people with quality education to enable everyone realise his potentials like himself.

He said: “Because my story is a humble story and whenever I read write ups about me especially my personal account from my birth to when I got into the limelight of deputy governor, most times the accounts are not very accurate and is expected.

“I think the only accurate account will be when I write when I leave office. But to some extent this particular account is reasonably close, the whole story has been captured but except for minor details.”

“Thank you for representing me to Nigerians and of course whole world. My story is meant to encourage young people. I have to thank the people who bought the books for Almajiri schools because my dream is that one day a product of Almajiri school will stand here as a president of this country.

“And that is why I have been very passionate about education and I use to tell people that I grew up from a very poor background. But luckily Nigeria is not a cast society, if I was to be an Indian, I probably wouldn’t even dream of being a commissioner in my state.”

He went on “Because in a cast society some people permanently belong to a lower class but Nigeria is an open society, so you can move from the lowest level to the top but for you to do that one key thing is education and that is why I lay so much emphasis on education.

“That was why when I came here I decided that every state must have a federal university. The responsibility of primary school is that of local government and the state, but because of the drop out at the basic education level in so many states, the federal government under my watch decided to invest also at that level of education, both primary and secondary to assist states government.

“Because without education, there is no miracle that would have brought somebody like me to face you today. So, I thank the governor of Anambra state and others who are committed to education.”
He noted that the objective of the book which was to establish a foundation with the money raised to cater for the less privileged, was almost fulfilled.

“I believe that the expectations of Col. Obi and Fr. Imokhai would have been met. Their hope is to set up a foundation though they are yet to give us the details.

“So, feel free to mention whatever you have, the money is not coming to Jonathan’s pocket, is not also going to pocket of PDP but is going to the foundation that the author and the chairman of the organising committee have in mind.

“I thank you Fr. Imokhai for this great work you have done for sitting down to write about me, you are indeed a lucky man if not luckier than me because within this period I have been in office, I have seen so many publications about me and none has attracted people like this.

“So, you must be a lucky man to gather this creme of Nigerians including our former Head of State Yakubu Gowon and Gen. Oladipo Diya former Chief of General Staff, the former Chief of Justice of Nigeria, Justice Uwaise and Governor Willy Obiano and others,” he said.

Gen. Yakubu Gowon, who stood in for Ambassador Maitama Sule as the Chairman of the occasion, corrected an impression in the book concerning the Aburi Accord.

He said: “I have seen that you have gone back in history in your research with Ojukwu and myself on Aburi Accord. I was fascinated by that because I can assure you that meeting was to break the ice and to all of us allow the military leaders at the time to be able and to agree to be discussing our problems in Nigeria and to solve them.”

“The little handicap that was at the final phase was scuttled. What happened to us at Aburi was that I couldn’t make it because I was unfortunately down with fever. And Ojukwu got back and made a statement and that wasn’t what we discussed and that was the beginning of the misunderstanding not because we agreed to work with Ojukwu.”
“Since you presented that we have a meeting I thought I should make that comment and to correct that,” he said
He urged Nigerians to vote for their conscience in the forthcoming general elections.
He said: “This book is coming at the time as Nigeria will be voting in a matter of days. After reading the book those not yet decided you will vote for one of our presidential candidates. I can assure you that the President, as democrat as he is will say do not vote for me on the basis of religion, please vote your conscience, and if it is the people choice so be it.”

“Vote your conscience but vote right. I hope all of you here will do the right thing and vote for the people’s choice,” he added
The author, Rev. Fr. Charles Imokhai, said that he was encourage to write the book because of the good work the president has been doing.

He said: “I see you are becoming clergy, in the ministry we hear what we do wrong and not what we do right. I wrote this book to assure you that you have done a few things right.”

A MUST READ: APC tells voters " Ignore IGP "

A MUST READ:  APC tells voters " Ignore IGP "

The Inspector General of Police released a statement today asking Nigerians to go home immediately after voting, but APC says voters should ignore that directive and can wait to see of their votes are counted. Read the statement below...
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has told Nigerian voters to ignore the unlawful order by the Inspector-General of Police urging them to go home after casting their ballots during the forthcoming election
In a statement issued in Lagos on Friday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party said the electorate should rather listen to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, who said the electoral law does not state anywhere that voters cannot or should not wait to watch and ensure that their votes are counted.
It therefore urged the electorate to make sure they stayed behind to protect their votes after casting their ballots, as was the case in 2011.
APC said contrary to the suspicious directive by the IGP, INEC encourages voters to stay behind and watch their votes counted, saying the law expects such voters to stay behind but to conduct themselves in an orderly manner.
''According to Jega, who appeared on Channels TV on Friday morning, the electoral law says anyone that has no business with the electoral process at the polling booths but desires to monitor events should stay at least some metres away from the polling agents and completely away from the ballot box after casting their votes.
''The INEC Chairman further clarified that all registered voters have businesses with the process and can therefore not be classified as people that don't have businesses at polling units.
''Therefore, the IGP has no constitutional right or powers under the constitution or Police Act to rewrite the electoral law. The role of the police is to maintain law and order or such other assistance as may be sought from the police by INEC,'' the party said.
It also called on Nigerians to ignore the so-called public service announcement concerning the show of force by government security agencies, saying it is part of efforts to intimidate the electorate and pave the way for the PDP to rig the elections.
APC also asked Nigerians to ignore the SMS being sent around by the agents of the PDP, asking them to send their names and the last five digits of their VIN (Voter Identification Number) to certain numbers.
''These and other messages are being sent out by the PDP to steal people's PVCs, intimidate voters and manipulate the elections. Nigerians should never allow that to happen,'' the party said.

Lagos-Based Husband Beats Wife To Death (Read Sad Story)

Lagos-Based Husband Beats Wife To Death (Read Sad Story)

Sun Reports:
Calling on the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Kayode Aderanti to intervene in the case so that justice can be served, is the family of a woman allegedly beaten to death by her husband, has called on the
The deceased Obiageli Anajekwu, 37, died two days after she was severely beaten by her husband, Anajekwu,

This is Obiageli’s story:

Obiageli got married to Anajekwu (traditional marriage) in 2002. After their marriage, Anajekwu’s business encountered hard times, and he decided to return to Brazil where he had been previously based, and promised to return in 2003, by which time it was hoped that the business would have improved.

However, Anajekwu did not return till 2011, and on his way back to the country through Cameroon, he was arrested and jailed for 3 years for suspected drug offenses.

While he was in jail, Obiageli would visit him often and take care of all his needs. She reportedly spent her life savings of over N850,000 taking care of him while he was incarcerated.

In 2013, he finally returned home.

Things seemed to be going smoothly until one day in December 2014 when he beat Obiageli because he found a charm in her bag. He threatened to end the marriage.

Anajekwu’s father subsequently revealed that he was the one who gave Obiageli the charm for protection purposes. According to the father, Obiageli had suddenly developed swollen legs, and a traditional healer had revealed that she had developed the condition because some evil members of the family were trying to attack her as well as himself.

After hearing his father’s testimony, Anajekwu still insisted that he wanted to send Obiageli away, and so they struck a deal: Anajekwu would set up a supermarket for Obiageli and refund her the money she spent taking care of him while in prison. It was, however, also agreed that his wife would remain with him until he fulfilled all the aspects of agreements which he said he would do after selling his house.

However, on January 19 2015, Anajekwu beat up his wife and summoned a friend of his to assist with the beating. Afterwards, he threw her out of the house at 1 a.m, leaving her with severe injuries.

She ran to a friend’s house and the friend advised her to report the matter to the police. However, the police did not intervene until she died two days later. Afterwards, the police arrested Anajekwu but released him almost immediately.
“Our pain is that police investigation had been very slow and tardy, making us to suspect that we may not get justice. The police have been demanding various sums of money from us for embalmment and autopsy which we have paid, but they have bluntly refused to charge the matter to court.

“We hereby appeal to CP Aderanti to wade into the matter so that the law will take its cause. We demand for justice so that our sister’s soul will rest in peace,” the family wrote in the petition to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police
