An
ICT/Telecommunication company requires the services of a qualified person to
fill this position
Responsibilities:
- Assist the shift network support engineer with regular monitoring and basic diagnosis of network related issues and drive them to closure
- Diagnose escalated network issues with various stakeholders such as customers, engineers, vendors etc and also reporting of the same
- Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issue with customer networks as well as the iNetwork
- Research alternative solutions and the impact on the iNetwork
- Take over issues from L1 and appropriately escalate issues to the next level involving support management
- Implement regular upgrades to the network
- Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
- Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base
Qualification
and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology or similar area of discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in a well established ICT Solutions company
- Minimum of a second class upper from a Nigerian Ivy league University
- Certifications in N+,CCNA and CCNP will be an added advantage
- Ability to learn fast on the job and demonstrated accomplishment in previous roles.

- Good customer relations skill
