Man Sentenced To 23 Years In Prison For Brutally Raping 83-Year-Old Woman
The Tel-Aviv District Court sentenced an Eritrean citizen who brutally
raped an 83-year-old woman to an active prison term of 23 years today.
The incident took place two years ago, in the yard of the victim’s house
in southern Tel-Aviv.
The court also ordered the defendant to compensate the complainant by
100 thousand shekels.According to the agreement reached by prosecution
representatives and the defendant’s lawyer, the young Eritrean admitted
to the offenses of rape including physical damage and abuse, and sodomy
under circumstances of rape.
